Today

I was quickly getting dressed for church this morning, toothbrush between my teeth as I pulled my nylons on, sitting on the edge of the bed, when Will walked into my room. He saw me putting on my nylons and became unsettled. "Mommy ok?" he asked, quite concerned. He looked at the nylons as though they were a layer of my skin. I couldn't explain anything to him with a mouth full of toothpaste, and he quickly grew upset. "Mommy, take it off! Take it off, Mommy!" I was laughing as he wailed, the situation being so ridiculous, and Brian peered around the doorway. "What are you putting on our son to torture him?" "Mommy, take it off!" Will continued to cry. I could only gesture to my nylons and Brian was able to "talk him down". There's a funny side to having a sensitive kid.
